AzRC Member Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming an AzRC member and/or sponsor. If you would like to apply for membership and make your payment online, please follow this two-step process:

STEP ONE: Fill out and submit the membership application.

STEP TWO: Once you’ve submitted the application form, come back to the Google Checkout section (see below) to submit your payment.

You must make two separate submissions: Membership application first, then payment through Google checkout.

If you prefer to pay by check, please fill out and print the membership application and mail it with your payment. The mailing address is on the application form.

	Annual Membership Dues and Sponsorships Membership Fee   $125 Annual Dues Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the board of directors prior to placement.   Sponsorships (75% of sponsorship contribution is tax deductible)   $5,000.00 - Platinum Sponsor $2,500.00 - Gold Sponsor $1,000.00 - Silver Sponsor $500.00 - Copper Sponsor $250.00 - Steel Sponsor $100.00 - Friend
