AzRC Member Registration

Thank you for your interest in becoming an AzRC member. If you would like to apply for membership and make your payment online, please fill out and submit the membership application first. Once you’ve submitted the application form, come back to the Google Checkout section (see below) to submit your payment. You must make two separate submissions: Membership application first, then payment through Google checkout.

If you prefer to pay by check, please fill out and print the membership application and mail it with your payment. The mailing address is on the application form.

Select Annual Membership Type and Dues: Organizations   $75.00 - Business (1-20 employees) $150.00 - Business (over 20 employees) $75.00 - Government/Education Institution $50.00 - Non-Profit Agency: $20.00 - Associate Individuals   $25 Annual Dues: (Individual membership is for an individual not associated with a company or agency)   Sponsorships (75% of sponsorship contribution is tax deductible)   $2,500.00 - Gold Sponsor $1,000.00 - Silver Sponsor $500.00 - Copper Sponsor $100.00 - Contribution Note: Membership applications are subject to review and approval by the board of directors prior to placement.
